Term 1 2010-11

Well it's been an exciting term in P7. We've picked the tatties we planted at the end of last term and made use of our maths skills to measure and record results for these.
World War 2 has created some great discussions and research where we really have been leading our own learning.
We've also been involved in National Poetry Day where we created our own poems based on the topic of "Home". You can see pictures of all our work and read our poems on our P7 Glow Group.

  1. Dear Mr McIntosh & P7,

Great to hear what you have all been up to. I hope your tattie picking went well, we did the same here at Dounby, I wonder who got the better crop?

I've also had a look at your poems on Glow, and I am very impressed. Lots of great descriptive language there, definitely some budding writers in the making.

I look forward to seeing your latest news, have a super term 2!
